Logging in the for the first time?

 

If you get our emails, you are already in our system.

1)  Type your email in the log in box (top right corner) and click "forgot password". A password will be emailed to you. If this does not occur, contact Beth: 517-796-4750 or beth@nonprofnetwork.org and she will correct any issue.

2)  Once you have received your password, log in. If you are a member, you will have access to pages that are not visible to a nonmember.

3)  To change your personal information, click "View Profile" - (top right)

 

What if I don't get your emails?

1)  If your organization is a member, click here and add your contact information. We will then link you to your organization. Your organization "adminstrator" can also add you to their membership - your adminstrator woudl be the main contact for your organizations, typically the Executive Director.

 

What if I'm not a member?

No problem!  Click Here To Join!  Only paid memberships will have access to all the tools, tops, templates, resources and links. 

 

How do I renew my membership dues?

Log in (see above). Once you have logged in, the log in box will be replaced with "View Profile". Click this box and you can renew your membership dues with your credit card.  If you prefer to pay be check, simply print out your Member Dues reminder letter as your invoice. 

 

Troubleshooting

As with any new implementation – this is a work in progress. We are prepared to answer questions and are excited to hear your comments – both good and bad.  Please let us know what doesn’t work, or what needs to be improved. 

My organization is a member – but I am not linked to my organization.

Call or email us – we can fix it.  517-796-4750 or beth@nonprofnetwork.org.  Tell us which organization you are associated with. 

What is a “Bundle Administrator”?

A bundle administrator is the main contact from the member organization. The bundle administrator can add or delete staff, board members and volunteers to the organization’s membership. 

What does it mean that my membership is lapsed?

It simply means it's time to renew. Sign in and click "view profile" and follow the prompts to renew.
