Professional Development Seminars
Nonprofit Network provides several trainings and workshops a month. Many are free, all are affordable. Our curriculum is broad and diverse, topic areas include fundraising and development, human resources, technology, leadership training, basic board training and governance.
We can customize trainings to suit your needs. Our workshops are provided in a variety of settings - computer labs, webinars, class rooms and board rooms.
Board Development Program
One of the greatest challenges of every board is recruiting, orienting and training new board members. We provide free monthly Board 101 - Basic Responsibilities Classes and many organizations have mandated their board members to attend.
Consulting/Technical Assistance
It doesn’t matter if your organization needs to review bylaws, develop a strategic plan, create a public relations or fundraising plan or evaluate your programs, we have a team of consultants ready to work with you. Our consulting rates are reduced and affordable.
Coordination, Information, Referral
We have extensive resources at our finger tips.
If you have a question about policies, procedures or best practices, we can provide you with samples, templates and drafts.
If you need help creating an employee evaluation process, we have resources.
We match in-kind donations from the community to organizations.
We can mediate mergers and faciliate strategic partnerships.
Nonprofit Network acts as a point of coordination, information and referral for the nonprofit community.
