Nonprofit Network is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors responsible for ensuring the organization’s mission, long-term sustainability, and ethical stewardship. The Board sets strategic direction, provides fiduciary oversight, and supports the Executive Director in advancing equitable, effective nonprofit capacity-building across our communities.
Board members bring expertise in nonprofit governance, finance, philanthropy, law, education, public policy, and community leadership. Together, they hold the organization accountable to its mission, values, and the communities we serve.

Each Board member serves as a steward of Nonprofit Network’s mission and contributes professional expertise, lived experience, and community perspective to the organization’s work.

Kevin Brown Board Chair

Vice President of Student Development, Spring Arbor University; 30+ years in secondary and higher education and community leadership
Expertise in governance leadership, higher education systems, diversity leadership, and executive administration
